# День рождения

Подготовьте заранее милую открытку для e-mail письма, теплые слова или короткий текст для sms к сценарию для поздравления клиента с Днем рождения. Ну а дальше, все сделает Автоматизация FreshOffice.

### Как работает дата рождения?

В карточке контрагента в закладке **Контакты** вы добавляете всех контактных лиц с кем ведете диалог. Внутри карточки контактного лица вам доступна информация:

ФИО, телефоны, e-mail, должность, дата рождения и многое другое.

Заполняя поле **Дата рождение,** у вас есть возможность настроить автоматический цикл поздравлений с Днем рождения: отправить заранее подготовленный шаблон e-mail письма или короткий текст поздравления по sms...

Для этого откройте любую карточку контрагента в закладке Контакты и включите тумблер - **Поздравлять всех с днем рождения**. 

Далее необходимо определить какая задача с каким типом будет автоматически создаваться при наступлении даты Х. Если такого типа задачи нет, создайте его и после этого выберите из списка.

(*Например тип задачи: День Х или Поздравление, День рождение и тд.)*

Так же добавьте пару строк для сотрудников в описание задачи, чтобы они понимали что это автоматическая задача и какая у нее цель и смысл.
