# Контакты

У вас нет ограничений 👍 по количеству контактных лиц в карточке контрагента.

Если у контактного лица есть метко "Основное", то все автоматические уведомления через Автоматизация будут приходить только ему. А если в карточке контрагента нет "Основного" лица, уведомления будут получать все, кто есть в карточке.

Контакты имеют два вида представления: список и блоки.

Вы можете отправлять письмо, sms, звонить в любом представлении. 

Поля Должность и статус - это справочники, вы можете их настраивать по своему усмотрению.

Поле дата рождения может участвовать в процессе Автоматизации. Подробнее об этом здесь [День рождения](/attachment/crm/birthday.md#kak-rabotaet-data-rozhdeniya)

Если вы отметите контактное лицо как основное - контакт будет отмечен звездочкой и будет находится первым в списке, а так же в поле на главной закладке карточки контрагента.

:bearded\_person:Основное контактное лицо участвует в процессе автоматизации. Все уведомления, которые будут прописаны в сценариях автоматизации будет приходить в первую очередь Основному контактному лицу, но в случае его отсутствия - всем контактным лицам в карточке контрагента.
