# Доступ к почте сотрудников

Переходим в Настройки далее выбираем раздел **Почта** и нажимаем на кнопку Доступ к другим.

Для управления доступом к почте других сотрудников необходимо обладать определенным уровнем прав. У вас их нет? Обратитесь к пользователю 👑 кто обладает этим правами.

В списке  сотрудников находим того, для кого будут настройки. 

Далее в другом окне отмечаем галочками в списке сотрудников, чью почту сможет просматривать этот пользователь.

После настроек пользователь может войти в почту и в разделе Ящики может подключить адреса коллег, к которым имеет доступ.

Так же вы сможет писать от имени коллег. В момент формирования письма - кликнув на поле адрес отправителя выбираете из списка нужный e-mail коллеги
