# Отделы компании

В этом разделе вы формируете структуру вашей компании. 

* У вас несколько отделов  
* У каждого отдела должны быть свои права доступа к данным 
* В каждом отделе свои линейные руководители

Если у вас нет отделов, но есть территориальные филиалы и вы планируете в будущем видеть распределение выручки между городами вашей компании, рекомендуем создать отделы, например: отдел Москва, отдел Самара.... и тд.

**Переходим в Настройки - Пользователи -** далее выбираем раздел **Отделы**.

Для доступа к настройкам необходимо обладать определенным уровнем прав. У вас их нет? Обратитесь к пользователю 👑 кто обладает этим правами.

**Список отделов**\
По умолчанию представлено 5 отделов. Вы можете использовать предложенные варианты, переименовать их, а также удалить или создать собственные.

**Управление отделами**\
Для переименования нажмите на отдел, в открывшейся карточке укажите новое имя и сохраните.\
Для удаления наведите курсов на один из отделов, в левом верхнем углу нажмите на иконку корзины. Далее подтвердите удаление.

Удаление отдела возможно только в том случае, если в него не входит ни один пользователь 🙋‍♂️ за которым закреплен список контрагентов
